Years ago, families went to one lawyer for all their legal needs over the course of their lives. That lawyer was their counselor, confidante, and advisor. Now people frequently pick a lawyer at random from the Yellow Pages or whoever their neighbor happens to know and only use them once. I want to build relationships with clients so they can return any time and have that comfort level with knowing that I know them personally and understand the big picture of their lives. When you call Ballard Law, you will talk to attorney Ryan Ballard... not a secretary or a paralegal. I pride myself on being accessible and responsive to your needs. I take the time to explain things that may not be clear. I understand that what may seem simple and easy to understand for a lawyer may be maddeningly confusing to anyone else. While sometimes clients come to me in relatively happy circumstances such as for advice on running their small business, or to create an estate plan, that is not always the case. For some clients, they are coming to see me at the worst time of their lives, to initiate a divorce proceedings or a bankruptcy.
