Yolanda was always available by phone or email and was extremely prompt in responding to my questions (better than any other loan officer I have worked with). She seemed to be on top of what was going on with the loan at all times.

Kim and Heather were excellent to work with. Prompt, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Hard-working. Pleasant transaction, I've already made several referrals and expect to make many more.

They gave us a quote on a great interest rate and then never did anything with our paperwork. The only time they did anything was after I called and left multiple messages. When they finally did finish our paperwork it was two days past the expiration date of our quoted interest rate so it cost us $500+ more to get the rate they quoted in the first place. In all we started in November and didn't sign till February!!!!! Stay away with a 10 foot pole!!! Especially Shaun Bittick don't believe ANYTHING that woman tells you!

I used one of the loan officers at prospect mortgage and she was horrible. As a first time homebuyer i had no idea what to expect from this experience or the exactly what i needed to have done and ready for them. There was, what i thought, was good communication until about a week before i was supposed to close. Then all of the sudden there was a bunch of things she needed by the next morning. I got everything i could and when i had a question about something that was needed, she didnt answer her phone or return my calls until the next day. When we called with our housig person to see when we would be able to close, because at this point due to her asking for everything less than 24 hours before she needed it we werent closing on time, she started to blame the late date on me while i was on speaker phone with two other people. So not only did she wait until the last minute to ask for what she needed, she was then very unprofessional on the phone trying to point the blame in the other direction. Needless to say, i was very unsatified with this companys service and would not reccomend them to anyone, especially first time homebuyers, unless you want a loan officer with an attitude to make the whole process frustrating and on top of everything, not get it done on time.
