        WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!! Made an appointment at Reno location for an oil change I was the only one there waiting for 40mins my car hadn't even been taken in so I asked why! They told me the tech had woke up late and was on his way!!???? WTF!!!!! This place is really unprofessional I will not be coming back here and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Jiffy lube is better than this place

        I brought my 2005 vw jetta into pepboys on 8/27/16 i was having an issue with my tpms light coming on the team vas very helpful came out to vehicle checked my tire pressure then brought out there little computer to see if the sensors were working. We found out one of my sensors were bad and i will be back to have them install a good sensor
