This store is a terrific find! I have purchased many wonderful high-end items at very reasonable prices. The customer service is terrific and I feel as though Maryann and her team really care about helping me find just the right furniture and decorative pieces for my Reno home. They have been incredibly responsive to my needs, and I look forward to doing business with them again very soon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have done business with this store since it opened and have had nothing but great experiences with them. They have often held my items while I go home and measure without even asking for a deposit. When someone else wanted to buy an item one time they held it until the next day without any problem. Their items are top quality and the prices are the best I have found. The ladies that own the shop are just wonderful.

Don't even consider them. They represent themselves above their clients, including sellers & buyers. After soliciting a bid for something, they mentioned someone else had been rejected with a slightly higher bid. We then told them we would entertain a counter offer. We never received a call back from Bella Casa. When we called back to find out what happened they just told us it was sold. Since we never received a call to tell us someone else was had also submitted a bid, and there was no counter offer we went by their store to confirm our suspicions. Instead of letting the seller and buyer come to terms, they purchased the piece as a display unit for their store. Yes, they went behind the seller and buyers back to purchase the piece instead of performing their role as the agent for a negotiation. Fortunately we had also gone through the same process with another consignment store that closed the deal for us & are now watching for a piece that will fill the need of what Belka Casa bought out from under us. The role of a consignment store is to negotiate a fair deal between seller & buyer. It is not to find ways to buy things for themselves while keeping the buyer and seller in the dark.
