Atlantis Casino Resort Spa

We made a reservation for Bistro Napa for our anniversary. When we showed up we were escorted to a beautiful warm furnished room to our booth. Our waiter team were Kamel and Stephen. We ordered appetizers and entres. I ordered Alaskan Halibut and Mike ordered Cioppino. Both meals were amazing. The presentations were so inviting. The chef appeared after the meals to check in on us. We reported that we enjoyed and finished everything on our plates. Everyone at Atlantis and Bistro Napa were so accommodating and Professional. We look forward to returning and trying a variety of other items on the menu. Thanks Bistro Napa!!!

Everything is great about his hotel! Great friendly staff. Clean and big rooms. The slots didn't pay out. Lost $.

The front staff is overly rude and think they are better then evey single guess checking in. Both times I've stayed here it was nothing but a rude welcoming along with a more rude management. I will never stay or waste any money at this hotel and ever again. The only decent thing about this hotel was the valet.

I booked the hotel via orbitz,i was looking for a less expensive one since we have to travel for a week,luckily atlantis popped out for a cheaper price...and were amazed when we were already there,room is like a 5 star hotel,clean and modern looking.staff from front desk is so helpful.oyster bar has a great food esp their roll,cody is the one who assist us and hes so friendly we felt welcome.when we were in the gaming area staff was so helpful and approachable.theres only one complaint wc is not that bad the curtain in the batroom is not as good when ur in the shower the water keeps on dripping out of the bath tub and make s it messy they should change it.but overall the hotel smells good,nice people,nicest rooms,good food even buffet is great...i strongly recommend this hotel.doesnt smell cigarette smoke.

We come to Atlantis specifically for the world’s greatest buffet, we really love it.

The concierge rooms at Atlantis are nice, clean, and it's an excellent place for breakfast. They are better than the Peppermill.

Your slot tournaments are extremely enjoyable. The staff is to be complimented for their very friendly attitude and very helpful to solve problems quickly. I notice changes are made to the tournament format from time to time to improve the players likes for the tournaments. It keeps them coming back very friendly people attend and are enjoyable to meet and share conversation with. What ever your doing and the way you are doing it seems to be working well. I always have a great time compared to other similar gaming establishments.

We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely return. Your staff is very helpful and friendly. One staff member, Chad, in bell service was exceptional! He was efficient, smiling & made us feel welcome & special! He even acknowledged us each time he saw us in the casino! How fortunate you are to have a “gem” like Chad on your team!! Thank you.

Dear Atlantis, I want to thank you so very much. On our last trip out there we were able to bragg to my Sister and her husband about Atlantis. We were so very proud to be able to say that Atlantis is our house. They were so impressed with the service and special treatment you have to us. We attended the concert with the Commodores and they were GREAT!!!. After the concert we went to dinner at the steak house and although they were closed, we had made reservations and were escorted in after closing and treated like 'special people' This was an absolute huge hit. We could not of been more proud. We always bragg on the Atlantis and now we were able to prove it. They have signed up with club paridise and I cannot wait till they also take advantage of all the special offers and events. But for us, we are beyond words for your caring of us. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You are the best.

I don't want to repeat what others had said regarding nice rooms, clean, great views etc but they are true. We thought about the motor lodge part (eeeek bad news) but decided to grab a tower room instead. It was lovely. Warm, clean, beautiful, huge windows, huge bathroom. We loved it.



The thing(s) that blew me away were: We had a 3 year old and a 19 month old. 19 month old gets sick, real sick, screaming fever etc. We had our car in valet parking. Those guys pulled our car out 4 times in 2 hours on one of the nights. They were super polite, understanding and fast. They went out of their way to help. I can't thank them enough. (Thanks guys!).



Second thing was that when we returned home I had a sinking feeling we had left 2 crucial soft toys in the room. Alas forgotten on our pack. SO we call when we were home and they said, no, no soft toys found but we did find a cell phone. Doh. MY cell phone. They shipped that back to me and it arrived 2 days later. Thanks guys! (oh and the soft toys were at the bottom of stuff in my car!).



Anyway, We really feel that we owe these guys a great deal for looking after us so well. We really pushed the customer service to the limit and they came up smelling like roses.

Their new deli is terrific, desserts and heaping sandwiches are filling and delish; near sportsbook, revamped area, clean/well ventilated and plenty of seating to watch games/racing. Slots were loose this trip, esp. wiz of oz. Table games have ultra friendly hosts - hit 4 of a kind on Let it Ride. Atmosphere was so conducive to a friendly environment, older crowd, not rowdy; folks just looking to relax and enjoy gambling.

Strategically placed water fountains make it comfortable overall by hydrating the air - not dry with smoke and recirculated.

I was pretty impressed with the service and all the workers. They are over-the-top customer service, and the rooms were very comfortable with a nice view of the city. The game room for kids was pretty good with a lot of good prizes. The casino was set-up very nice with a lot of varieties of games and tables. The empolyees at the tables were incredibly nice and helpful, which is nice if you are unfamiliar on how to bet or play a game. The food service at the deli was the best we received, but all other places were still excellent. We highly recommend the oyster bar up on top over the blvd. I believe they get the sushi place right along side them, to help them out on their menu. The oyster shooters and sushi, were incredible. I couldn't believe I was eating this great of sushi in Reno. The atmosphere at the oyster bar was the best. Everyone at the counter talked and checked out each others dishes which look as good as they taste.

We've been there twice and will come back again. This place rocks. It's fun and offers all we needed. The rooms were both times nice, large and clean and we had nice view. Food was good too.

I visited Reno for a friends getaway and we stayed at Atlantis. I would go back here in a second! The spa itself is worth the trip.

The four of us found our room to be clean, convenient and comfortable. We got a great deal and were quite comfortable for the one night we were there.

Beautiful and very comfortable bed, the linens are tremedous, the hotel staff are the best!

The hotel by far is the best in Reno.The staff is friendly,the rooms are spacious,and comfortable.The only thing that I didn’t like was the ten dollar hotel fee, but it does cover wireless.

After traveling 17 hours, on my first night stay the neighbors dog barking woke me up twice. I made the hotel aware of this and they changed my room that day. The rest of the stay was fine.
