I live in Rego Park 21 years and can't to say anything good about this post office.
Employees are not very attentive. My package can lie there for a whole week until I open the case, the parcel will not budge. Several parcels were simply lost and no one could clearly say something. This is a common practice in government institutions. No one wants to work, a salary still goes.

The delivery man keeps putting my packages in front of the wrong apartment. Today I waited and caught him the act, he did not apologize, and instead insisted how "M" looked like "W". I tried telling him to pay attention and do his job with more attention. Lazy, unprofessional, and this is like 4th time it happens!!!



The supervisor needs to talk with his delivery boys because they are giving them a bad reputation.



It is VERY irritating and reading door letters and numbers is not a difficult task.

i just had a negative interaction with a postman and the supervisor at this branch after the postman sideswiped my car with his truck. i was wrong to expect the "supervisor" to show professionalism. completely rude. couldn't acknowledge the client and did nothing to remedy a simple situation but only made it worse by blaming me. when my car was parked and i was only questioning what had happened. they behaved as cowards and a poor demonstration of the USPS. save yourself the trouble and go to a different branch. they should be shut down.

Unprofessional, rude management an tellers. Always short staffed and the service it's always bad and slow. If customers file complains the managemnt will not care or do anything in that matter.
