Family court Judge Don R. Franchi on 9/7/2016 again granted 50% custody to a convicted criminal and convicted repeated drug abuser. Two kids ages 8 and 10 have been in danger from this Judge for now three years. All Loving and caring parents out there, be careful if this Judge hears your case. I am a father just trying to protect my two kids, please if anyone can help me find the contact of his superior. He needs to stop putting young children at risk

The service is horrible. I am an employee whose office is located in the same building as this café. The price of the food is way too high for the quality. Although, I do like the Pancit that they only sell on Thursdays. I placed an order for two orders (picked one up for a co-worker) and had to wait over 15 minutes for it. They never told me how long the wait would be, no communication until I had to get rude. I will not be conducting anymore business at the Bay Food Co. located at 400 County Center, in the basement of the Hall of Justice.
