A gentleman. Quiet and low-key manner made for a pleasant and stress-free purchase. Very generous with his time in explaining and demonstrating the operating systems, even after my purchase was complete and ready to drive the car home.

By the time I reach out to a dealership I've already done a substantial amount of research and cross-shopping and KnoW exactly what I want, and I usually don't have a lot of time to spend deliberating. Samuel was up front and efficient, we came to an agreement within a few hours and I swung down to buy the car. I'd be happy to purchase from him again in the future.

Randy at Peninsula Infiniti went absolutely above and beyond in customer service and service recovery. My new Q50 had a problem with the SOS assistant not working on the day I received my new car. It ended up taking a week to get it fixed due to the holidays, but Randy personally took my husband and I to the airport to make sure that we were not stranded. He called me everyday to let me know the status of the repair and even when he was not on duty at work, he made sure that the service agent took care of me and had asked another sales rep to make sure that I understood how to use the personal assistant.

Sam helped my wife and I purchase a new Infiniti QX60 Hybrid and he was just amazing. He was super informative about the car and our options, without ever being pushy. He was honest, open and straightforward and made us feel totally comfortable all the way through the process. And even after he made the sale, he has continued to help us with understanding all the technology in the car.
