        I went to Fed Ex to have invit...

        I went to Fed Ex to have invitations printed. Josh spent a lot of time with me over what I wanted. He then had my order completed three hours earlier than the estimated time. When I picked up my order, I realized I had miscommunicated what I wanted as to size. Josh worked tirelessly, with an extremely positive attitude, to redo the invitations to my expectations. He then immediately reprinted the entire order !
