I applied for a full-time position in dietary at this facility. I was told the job was mine as long as my background came back clear. Which my background did come back clear. I was even told about the benefits, the hours I would be working, and I was even taking on a tour in the dietary department by the Dietary manager Jacqueline. I called and left messages for Jackie to call me back.No one ever called me back I ended up getting a text from Jacqueline telling me that the position had been filled from an employee. I have never experienced the unprofessionalism that I was treated and given in my life. . I went down to express my feelings and management supervisor Tracy said she would handle it professionally. I was told I would receive a call back in a couple days.No one ever called me no one ever cared. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a faculty in my life. I pass the background, I passed their test, and I have all my credentials. I do not recommend this facility to anyone. If they are going to treat A possible new employee with such disrespect, how are they treating the families and residents. I will be investigating this further. Be safe with your loved ones at this.
