I rented a 2010 dodge avenger August 2017mthis was the best Customer service and lowest rates that I've ever seen!!!. The lady at the service desk as friendly and very polite , and once I drove the vehicle it was in excellent shape . The car drove like it was brand new and was hands down the best rental service I've ever been to. I'd definitely refer this place to my friends and family

I purchased a used car on December 3, 2016 from Monarch Cars in Redford for $5500.00 cash and the very next day the car did not start. The owner came out to my job a few hours after discovering the issue and the car started right up. Sam, the owner, gave me another used battery with the hope of rectifying the issue but on December 10, 2016 the car did not start again. After waiting 2.5 hours for roadside, the car had to be towed to my nearest mechanic and has been there ever since. Because I just purchased the car and the extended warranty just a week ago, the warranty has not been processed yet and so my car still remains with the mechanic. I have contacted Monarch Cars and asked to possibly exchange the car for another since it had this issue the next day after purchase and was told that this was the purpose of purchasing the extended warranty and just need to get it fixed.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM MONARCH CARS UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY AND STILL NOT HAVE A RELIABLE CAR!!!!!!!!!
