Horrible place to rent a car. I got overcharged and when they recognized there error they told me that they couldnt fix it and to go through my credit card company. There were other errors they tried to overcharge me for as well and took 30 minutes to get straightened out. I think training is needed here and they need to know not to try and charge for extras that were not agreed too. I will forward a complaint with better business bureau.
