I went in tmobile about a week ago, and i was super stressed out because my phone bill was $168 a month for some odd reason. I've talked to previous employees via phone and they were no help, & even the customer service line where the employee didn't help me at all with getting the best deal, he just mentioned that yeah my bill was high for one line but did nothing about the situation at all. ANYWHO, when i went into t-mobile, the store located in the mt. shasta mall on dana drive, the employee Jordan was super helpful. He was very patient with me, and he literally went out of his way to help give me a better price than what i was paying by making whatever phone calls he needed to do if necessary. I was super appreciative and thankful for his customer service. We need more employees like him in the business!!!!!!!!! 5 stars doesnt cut it, he needs 10, or a raise!
