        Overall

        My first experience with Gard was as a tenant. The owner personally stayed very late after a very long day to get my ac going on an extremely hot night. It didn't matter to him that I wasn't the one paying the bill. After becoming a homeowner I returned the favor by continuing to use them, most recently for a new system install. Top notch service and always a fair price. Why would I call anyone else?

        Always a good experience!

        The owner personally schedules his service techs to come out to our apartments when we have a service call & they are always on time & even will come out on the hot weekends! We manage 272 apartments throughout Redding and have found Gard Heating & Air to always be reasonable in their pricing and very accomodating to our tenants needs!
