Reviews
Had a really good visit at this office. I especially liked the Halloween decorations throughout the office. My kids liked it too. Hygienist and doctor explained everything to me and my daughter. I felt like they spent a good amount of time with us. My daughter loved her goody bag at the end. We will be returning!
Great office! Dr. Isaacs is wonderful! I love the new staff. It seems they are remodeling the office. I just went for my check up. I would definitely recommend this office.
What a great experience I recently had at this dental practice. Dr. Bob does so well with my small children. Dr. Isaacs is wonderful for orthodontics especially with invisalign! Highly reccommend!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!
WORST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
I came for a cleaning and they did NOT clean my teeth. They told me if I wanted a cleaning I should come with dirty teeth-- I have not gotten a cleaning in over a year and I need a cleaning. They told me I needed an implant and immediately started signing me up for a payment plan with terms that they said verbally and did not give me paperwork. They tried to go through with the payment plan before I saw any paperwork or terms. VERY PREDATORY. Once I looked up the terms, they were abysmal and different then had been told to me verbally. I went to pick up my x-rays and they charged me thirty dollars for small black and white computer print offs-- NOT x-rays.
Don't waste your time or your money. Go ANYWHERE else.
this was the best office I have ever been in the dentist where great I recommended it
NIGHTMARE!! After a long wait in a small office I was called back. They took x-rays even though I brought my own that was less than three wks. old. The room was filthy (the waiting room was cleaner), tools were not covered or wrapped, and a live fly in the spit bowl. Starting to rethink this place I went out front to call hubby whom made my appointed. So I decided to suck it up because teeth are really bad. When I returned Dr. Maron was in the room and seemed agitated by the fact I wasn't waiting for him when he arrived. The only thing he said was, "What teeth are we pulling?" I told him (2 xrays?) He proceeded to ask me again, and I repeated which teeth & told him they're the only 2 on that side so it shouldn't be to hard to find them. He took the needle jabbed it into my gums (no topical/numbing ointment applied) causing me to visibly clench up my body & clutching the chair I moan in pain, he jabs me again harder than the first leaving me to push his hand away from my mouth, he replies "that should numb ya up" at the moment I'm flying out of the chair. I exclaim "that's not how you numb a mouth, I'm out of here!!" I gather my kids from the waiting room visibly shaken and leave. A dental assistant follows asking me if I want to go back. Of course I told her No!! & that I've had dental work & that's not how it's done. Get out to parking lot with numb mouth & spitting blood. I've had dental work done before, 4 kids natural birth, & a few surgeries, I don't consider myself to be a wimp. Overall a complete nightmare. Please don't take your family to this Dr. Moran (works @ other offices too) or The perfect smile. Worst experience I've ever had with the medical field. I would rate 0 if I could.
I was told my visit would be $100. I was brought in by telling me my son's insurance was accepted there-which it wasn't. After the visit took 2 hours longer than I was told it would be, they charged me $200 more than the agreed upon price. I was told I'd be done in an hour, and with their new dentist, it took 3. I didn't mind that but had to get home to pick up my son. When they charged me the $200 extra, I was in a total rush and complete panic about getting home in time and wanted to discuss it the next day. After MANY phone calls and the person (Valerie) refusing to call me back or get on the phone, they basically said too bad. I was brought there under false pretenses, and over charged. What a scam. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
