Wake Dermatology Associates P A

This place had been my dermatologist for years. I had lack of insurance and due to prices, I couldn't go often. I have had to suffer with psoriasis and the arthritis because I couldn't afford the best medicine. I have gotten by with steroids and ointments. Not much relief there.
I have been run around and run around between insurance and this office.
I am leaving and finding something more available, genuine and professional. They are healthcare providers, but yet don't really seem to care.
I was so happy because I finally had insurance to possibly afford medicine/shots. I needed prior authorization, which they would know. I called them, used their portal, messages. Gave them everything they needed for my insurance companies requirements. However they just phoned it in to Walmart. Hence, I was going back and forth between the 3. The doctor's office being the least helpful of all. Even over the pharmacy tech. Dr. office said we are going to call it in, put it through, it might take a while for you to see it.
All to finally say we need to see you but can't for months. Switch dr. and maybe a little sooner. Meanwhile who suffers.
Not even a sorry. Just need to find a better office now.
