        Overall
        the grass is not that green

        They keep the,outer,landscape,pretty,neat but its not all,what,its cracked to be.most townhomes they have do not have a washer and dryer hookup.the laundry facility is,in the back of the woods,where a Fox resides.there's an infestation in the,townhomes.the plumbing is awful and in my half bath is a noise that sounds like a mouse is in the AC vents.maintenance says its the fan blade but i didn't turn it on.by the way Maintenance is one guy running the show.the intersection is awful you have to stop in the middle of traffic to pull into the complex.very Convenent that food lion is across the,street.the,neighbors are nosy.the amount of the rent is rediculous for not getting top notch or be accommodated for.
