With everything from group fitness right down to one on one personal training, Power & Fitness employees are here to help you reach your goals. Group Fitness classes are offered at all levels. Progressive programming, such as Les Mills keeps members motivated and challenged. All Power & Fitness Health Club personal trainers are certified and have a wide range of experience from athletic training to cardio rehabilitation. With over 50 pieces of cardio equipment to choose from, you will always have plenty of options and never have to wait.

        Although its only been a day, I am very happy about my decision. The staff (Kimberly & Sander) are very accomadating and the tour was excellant!! The gym is very clean 😃 and i cant wait to see my end results!!! 😉

        Clean, friendly and Impressive

        I was an old "pyramid club" member, and when I walked into this place I was skeptical. I have to say that to my surprise I was impressed with all the changes that were made. The place is clean, they have all new equipment and the staff and management are really friendly and helpful. I joined two months ago and have been very pleased. I would have given 5 stars but have not been a member long enough to give a perfect score.
