Pizza Hut

Ate lunch at the buffet. Food was good, but the waitress was extremely rude. Still left her a 20% tip. Complained to the person at the cash register. Got a call from a male employee saying I was the rude one!

I'm not sure how two people can walk into the parlor of a restaurant sit down for fifteen minutes and not be noticed by the two waitresses cleaning tables on both sides of our table. I would have thought being a customer whom just sat down would have been more important than those dirty tables. Atleast a hello or we will be right with you. We waited another ten minutes in hopes that we might have been waited upon since the parlor was nearly empty. We got up and left! Couldn't give a rating on pizza, but the service has truelly blown my mind. Where's the manager? Probably cleaning tables instead of taking a potential order. It takes over 90 minutes to get a pizza delivered???? The staff are not helpfull on the phone and act like the are drunk or stoned. Never....ever again

This is the worst pizza hut pizza i ever had.

I ordered our food and had a 45 minute delivery time. Called restaurant to check on status after an hour and 20 min. I was told that my order had just left 9 min ago. My order arrived a little bit over an hour and a half after first placement of order. When the order arrived the food was warm not no where near hot. The food was not even what I even ordered. Very Dissatisfied. Would not recommend.

They can take along time to deliver I've had to wait 1 hour and 15 min for my pizza

Personally, I like pizza hut, but the pizza hut in Racliff, Kentucky is TERRIBLE. The service is horrible. I've waited in pizza hut for over an hour and a half for a pizza on MORE than one occasion. The staff is not kind and they don't care about their customers. While waiting for a cooked pizza you can hear them arguing with each other. After the HORRIBLE experiences I've had with the pizza hut in Radcliff Kentucky I would NEVER reccomend ANYONE ever order from this TERRIBLE pizza hut. I honestly think this is the worst pizza hut in the United States.

If I could choose zero stars, I would.

This has to be the greatest Pizza Hut every. The people that work there are so nice. Some times for lunch there is a wait because the location is busy. They must be doing something right. They see me coming in and put any kind of Pizza I ask for on the buffet. Friday night you may wait 1 hour for delivery who care if its right. To the credit card lady and her son. Give it a rest you must not understand when you use a credit card at any location they dont have to try and use your card they have all the info TO USE IT.



One Great place in a some town and you want to complain because there are busy and you have to wait one min

Long time

I have ordered several times from this restaurant in the past and the service has been terrible. I like Pizza Hut pizza, however, this particular restaurant is extremely slow (more than 2 hours to deliver), the pizza is always cold, and the management does very little to apologize or make amends. The last time we used this restaurant my son's debit card information was stolen and an attempt was made several time to use it to make purchases. Protect yourself and your family, I do not recommend this restaurant.

I enjoy the buffet, but this seems a busy place with hungry soldiers and everytime we go here at lunch time, we have to wait for pizza to come out and it's a waste of time!

I love Pizza Hut! I reccomend the lunch buffet that is only $4.99 w/ coupon from website. Do NOT order the double deep pizza, it was horrible, way too many toppings for paper thin crust!
