Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores

I am not sure if all of the employees there are like this but I asked a store employee if she could tell me where the sewing kits were...she looked at me like I was bothering her and asked me as if I was stupid "what kind of sewing kit?" After I said "the needle and thread type" she then walked me over to an aisle and pointed to a section. Poor customer service.
