Easy Pay Appliance Parts Store

Called Easy Pay yesterday morning to check on a part for my dryer. Went down there later that day to buy it. When I got there he was with another customer outside looking at various appliances. He saw me walk up. Many times I was just a few feet from him and the other customer but he did not acknowledge me at all. I started thinking " is it because I am black or a woman or both?". All I wanted was for him to say " I am with another customer but I will be with you shortly". If he had said that I would have waited as long as he needed me to. It was drizzling outside and so cluttered inside and outside the building that I had no choice but to stand in the rain and wait for him to say SOMETHING! After a few minutes I left and vowed to never go there anymore or recommend that place to anyone.

My husband thinks Mr.Davis is top of the line in repairs. We live in he county, I work on town, but refuse to go by the business on my lunch break as it is so dirty & junky, no place to park.

If you don't mind a little dust and cramped space this is not only the best place to get parts and the cheapest the owner is super nice and incredibly knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk with. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Best place with the most knowledge around! Can't beat the prices anywhere. The very kind gentleman has been helping me for many years on washers, dryers, refridgerators, dish washers and even ice makers. If you have time he can talk you through a repair over the phone, which he has done for me several times. Giles County is a better place because of Easy Pay's owner and could use more places like it. He will go the extra mile for you and has a "whatever it takes" attitude.

They have the parts you need and at a good price. Great local-owned store and the guy really knows appliances and will try to save you money. I have had him actually tell me how to work around a problem that would cause him make less of a sale.

This is a no frills kind of place. If you want to get a part or need something repaired you will receive good service at a good price. They don't have a big place and it's not the cleanest but they will pass that on in savings to their customers.
