On Target Home Inspections

Other companies offered to give me the report right after the inspection (they print it right there!). I wonder how much detail they can put in inspections/report if it is done so fast. Frank, from On Target turned in the report after 24 hrs. I was in no rush, so no problem waiting. Lots of detail with helpful summary in the beginning of report.

We are lucky we hired On Target Home Inspection. Frank, the inspector, was very professional and did a great job. The report was helpful and very detailed. The inspector found some significant issues that were not disclosed by the seller. We really liked this house (spec. the location) and we were able to negotiate with the seller who was willing to fix the issues Frank pointed out.
