best I have ever had. My daughter got a sandwich and she loved it. We will be going back very often.

Don't waste your money on this place. The only thing good about it was the building. The girl who took our order looked so bored I thought she might fall asleep at the register. We went on a Monday night and got a extra large pizza and 3 drinks. $30.51. NOT authentic Italian pizza. Very soggy. We had to ask for forks and knives and then they were spotted. . It took over 30 mins to get our order. There were a bunch of kids working there and there looked to be a middle aged adult..the manager??? He did not seem to care and not once even looked our way let alone ask how everything was.

This place is very good! The staff was friendly and the pizza combinations are out of this world! I especially appreciated the fact that I could order individualized pizzas for the different personalities of my family! Love the small town atmosphere with the big city pizza!

Despite the many bad reviews on here, my husband and I finally decided to give this restaurant a try, since we love pizza and are always glad to see something new open up in downtown Prattville. We were very pleasantly surprised, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. Our pizza arrived at our table in under ten minutes, cooked perfectly and loaded with toppings and cheese. It tasted great, and we'll definitely go back often. I do agree with other reviewers that I'd like to see them serve a cup of ice water with refills, I wouldn't mind paying a modest charge for it.

An overall great pizza joint. Food is always hot and fresh, and the pizza crust is very good with a unique taste. The staff were a little slow, but the restraunt is new, training and time will fix that. Would definetly go back again and again.

Don't even waste your time coming here. There was one both with customers & us. We waited 38 mins for our pizza. The silverware was dirty & when I took it back to get clean forks, I was told that it wasn't dirty. Really?! I scraped a chunk of food off of it!!

This is the THIRD time in a row the the service & food was poor quality. They need a manager there knows something about quality control. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE COME HERE!!

Pizza is way too expensive for what you get. Sub par toppings and cooked raw. Ordered 2 pizzas 1-pep and 1- beef and it was $27.00+ togo. Had 3 people each the beef pizza and all 3 of us were sick later that night throwing up and on the toilet. Just an overall bad time. I wish Ria's Pizza was back in operation. Get good quality food at a reasonable price.

My husband and I went to the Fox's Pizza Den last week and it was a terrible experience. We waited for over 45 minutes for our food, (we had not ordered a 7-course meal) so I went and asked the cashier to check on our order and see how much longer it would be. She told me 15-20 more minutes. I got my husband and we asked to see a manager for a complete refund. She gave us our money back without saying one word to us or offering an apology for the poor service. As we were walking out the door, we saw our order come out and it was incorrect! We left and went to another restaurant in Prattville that gave us quick service with a smile!

Wow, Despite all the gross stuff Ive heard about this restaurant, i still decided to go and what a bad decision that was. I saw a few roaches by the drink machine. Appetite=Gone

If you are referring to the half retarded waitress who would stand staring with the food in her hands for 5 minutes expecting you to grab the food from her hands instead of placing it on the table, then I do not care what she "thinks" happened. It wasn't just a crayon under the pizza it was melted into it to the point wear it looked like purple bubble gum .Since you seem to no everything, even though YOU weren't there . Now how do you explain a 19 month year old who's strapped into a high chair to reach across his drink/plate and our plates to the get to the pizza and place a crayon under the pizza ? First off the pizza was surved to us really cold so even if a crayon was put under the pizza as soon as we got it ,it couldn't have melted it like that.It's ridiculous accusing someone of such a absurd accusation let alone questioning my parenting because I stood up for my wife & son who was embarrassed by the douche telling her its our fault ! We didn't want free food or our money back , we wanted for someone to be an adult take responsibility for what happened and apologize for the attitude and complete rudeness. Do you realize that when my wife took the pizza to the counter she said look what was at the bottom of our pizza and we told them, exactly how it was and y'all say no. No . No there's no way. It's y'all's fault. That is saying that what my wife JUST TOLD YOU was not true, which in turn is calling her a lier. Maybe if YOU we're actually there you would no this. & YOU are the liar! Thinking I'm trying to just hurt this "small businesses" ! When actually all I'm doing is standing up for what I know is right. It's funny how you try and portray this restaurant as a small local mom and pop place when it's a franchise corporation.This particular one ran by people who have no business in the restaurant industry. Its sad , anyone can get treated better at a mcdonalds . You should actually try opening the bible yourself you selfless hypocritical .Ephesians 4:18

Pizza was good and fresh tasting. Green peppers tasted like green peppers-not mush like some other pizza places. Same for the other toppings. We had friendly servers. Overall a nice experience with a relaxing dining area.

No one eat at the fox den pizza in Prattville! They Brought a pizza to our table with a crayon melted to the bottom of the pizza and when we went to inform the staff he called us a liar and said it was our fault. REALLY? DID I COOK THE PIZZA?! He was acting like I wanted my money back when all i wanted was an apology! for the mistake and for calling me & my wife a liar . bad business. I will never do business with them again.

I loved that foxes came to downtown Prattville area. Great food I have tried almost everything on menu hot wings are great I love that they bake them it make them healthy not fried like others I know it's new a lot of training is being done but everybody has a first job nobody perfect only Christ JESUS. I love this pizza place. Great family place !!!

The pizza was good.. However I don't drink soda's or tea and they don't have water?? What restaurant doesn't have water...You have to buy a bottle of water which was a dollar... and if you need more you have to buy it. I also had to stop a server and ask for a box.. After they brought the pizza to our table nobody came back to the table.

If you are a water drinker you need to take your own bottle. $1 for bottle water no refills. Please, if you want to force me to buy water at least offer me a cup with ice and refills. Prattville, AL is just not ready for that yet. My pizza was good except the order taker ordered us the wrong size, smaller, and when it came to the table and we told her all she said was "sorry I pushed the wrong button". Never offered a corrected order or anything. Wings looked great but were fatty.
