123 Floor!

1-2-3 Floor came highly recommended by two professionals (an interior designer and a general contractor). I had been looking for new carpet and hardwood at home improvement stores, and found mediocre quality and sales people that could not answer basic questions. I had also heard horror stories about the quality of the installers at these places, so I was pleasantly surprised to meet with the owner of 1-2-3 Floor, Jim, himself and had the showroom in Poway to myself ! Jim patiently answered all my questions, let me take home numerous samples of wood and carpet, and when he came to measure even provided a diagram of where the carpet seams would go to minimize the chance of seeing them. I LOVE my new floors ! I know I got high end materials at a very competitive price, and the installation went perfectly. Very professional to deal with.
