We hired 360 to remove an in-ground swimming pool that needed way too many repairs. The process was smooth and our yard looks wonderful! The staff was professional and informative. A+++

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. This has been going on a two year process for us and the job was done HORRIBLY...as you can see. We had an in ground pool that had to be demolished due to a tree falling and destroying it. We decided to go with 360 because they took care of each step of the process. Other then not having great communication, the beginning demo went smoothly. The filling in, grading and soil/seed...WAS HORRIBLE, not done well at all, holes throughout the yard, uneven and every time it rains it floods. Not to mention the seed they left for us was all weeds! They didn't quote properly and didn't plan for enough soil and instead of taking pride in their work, talking to us on how to troubleshoot the situation they finished as quickly as possible and left. Since then, we have tried to get them out to fix the job, they did bring one truck load of soil...however, not NEARLY enough. I do not want anyone else to go through what we have been through. DO NOT HIRE!

We decided to demolish our pool after getting really high repair prices. After talking to several contractors we went with 360. Great decision. The price was right, the service was excellent and everything went smoothly. Our yard looks wonderful! Now that spring has arrived our grass is growing and there are no more worries about the pool. Don't hire anyone else. This company is first rate and they now what they are doing! A+++

We hired 360 to demolish our in ground swimming pool. We got several estimates but the estimator seemed the most knowledgable so we went with 360. Best decision ever. The process went smooth, they communicated with us during every step and calmed our nerves! Now we have a great yard and no longer worried about having the liability of the pool. We are so glad we hired 360! Do the same!

I have experienced issues with this company from the beginning. We contracted them March 9, 2015 to remove an in ground pool and install a driveway. They projected an early May start date. Work did not begin until May 19th. Communication was initiated by myself during the time they should have started and the actual start date. By the end of the day on May 19th, we had paid 2/3 of cost of the project. They did not return until the end of June, again with lack of communication.



July 2nd rocks were laid in the spot the driveway was to be. I texted Marc to ask if this was the layout because it did not seem right to me. He advised me it would be "fine tuned" before the blacktop was laid. July 7th the project was finally finished. I was the one handling the project and was away on business. Marc asked when he could pick up the check. I advised that I did not feel comfortable paying the final installment until I inspected the work. He threatened me with breach of contract and exorbitant late fees. My husband was home, so I asked him to take pictures and send them to me. He did and the work displayed was not satisfactory. I texted Marc and told him that the driveway did not look like a smooth surface in the pictures and I was concerned that when it rains, water would puddle and not run off. He responded, " I ran lots off water on it, it is fine. U.S. 422 is not completely smooth, and they spend millions of dollars on it. I was personally on site. What time can I stop by for a check tonight?" My husband did pay the final payment for fear that we would be in some kind of legal trouble if not.



The issue is that the driveway is lumpy with dips and water runs towards my house instead of the ally due to the proper levels not being established. I contacted my township who advised that Marc never called for a final inspection. I advised Marc of this and that I was going to schedule one. He called and set it up himself without communicating with me. I followed up on my own and scheduled an inspection also, the next day. The inspector affirmed my assessment that the work was not done properly and in fact would pose a hazard in the winter when the water froze. He said he told this to Marc too who maintained that his work was done properly. I have not been in communication with the company at all since before the inspection.

360 Pool Demo recently completed our pool demolition. They did it over the winter, then came back in the spring to complete the grass end of things. I can honestly say they do a GREAT JOB. Far beyond what me and my wife had expected. They leveled the yard where the pool was. It doesn't even look like there was ever a pool there. Now we don't have the frogs keeping us up anymore! They put grass seed down, and I was really surprised when I looked at the bag they were using, it was an expensive Pennsylvania mix, not some cheap anual rye... that alone made me want to write a nice review for these guys. They did an awesome job, beyond our expectations (and my expectations were pretty high, my wife says I am a perfectionist) they even washed the driveway where they had place their dirt pile. We were also very impressed with the compost mix they brought. Very nice touch to top off the great job they did. THANK YOU to Mark and the 360 crew (which all of them were very knowledgable and professional.... an A+++ all the way! We HIGHLY recommend 360 Demolition. and if anyone is considering taking your pool out, and are on the fence, it is the BEST thing we have ever done for our house and family.

Great experience! They did a great Jon removing our pool. We hired them knowing they weren't the cheapest but it was well worth the price. They did everything including taking down a small shed that was decided later to get rid of. They didn't up the charge at all! Can't go wrong hiring these guys!

Terrible grading. When I wanted to to withhold final pmt is was threatened w penalties fines arrest for theft of service liens and he threatened my employment. No customer service.
