Disaster!! Terrible Management!! Run for the Hills!
After watching two men struggle to put my glove box back in for 5 minutes, (air filter inspection), pushing it...shoving it, and maybe getting ready to break it, I poked my head outside the door to shop (car was right there) and asked them if they were having some trouble. They lied and said no. I was polite, although disagreed, and told them that you don't need to force it... just drop it in lightly and attach the clip. A more experienced guy ended up doing it and it took him 30 seconds. Perfect. We gave each other big smiles through the glass and I thanked him. The management disaster: After paying, as the manager was walking away he decided to tell me next time not to be rude to his employees... (which I was not) Making me out to be a bad person, for being rightfully concerned about my vehicle. I was only trying to help the situation. Instead of recognizing he needed to do some more training with employees, he put is crap on me... when I pushed back at him, he said I was not welcome anymore. (As if I would ever go back there again!) Management Failure!
