        Alpine Hills Tennis and Swimming Club is a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation. Alpine offers a variety of social and athletic activities for adults, children and families. The bylaws vest the management of the club in the board of directors, which is elected annually by the members. The board of directors in turn employs a general manager who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the club. The club has an array of features, including 12 tennis courts, pro shop, wading pool, spa, fitness room, playground, barbeque area, restaurant and full bar, 25-meter pool and basketball court. The club was founded in 1958 and is located in Portola Valley, Calif.
