I attended Western culinary in 1997 and loved not only the culinary program but the city and its people. I would still be living in Portland if it wasn't so far away from family and friends in the mid west. I 'am still in contact with many classmates from the 100th class '1997. It was a great year. Thanks for the memories. You make it what you want it to be. Chef Rhonda Winter class of 1997.
