I've found at many times, that if patients don't understand how something works, they don't show as much motivation during their treatment. This is especially true with at-home exercises." In addition to treating people with acute injuries from car accidents or workers compensation cases, I also like to work with patients whose interest in their health goes beyond chiropractic. Often, chronic pain can be caused by something as simple as poor shoes or bad work ergonomics. In addition, it can also be related to diet and nutrition.
