I called to inquire if this bank had a contribution account for a family friend who was in a bad accident. I wanted to make an anon. donation. I got a very curt and short answer by the person who picked up the phone, "We don't give out that kind of information." Before I could finish saying, "thank you for your time..." She had hang up on me!The other banks I that day were polite, patient, sympathic to the situation at hand.
