The Back Cove School

Very unresponsive. In order to get any information, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required along with an application. They were very quick to cash my check but no one ever contacted me about my application, a tour, or even a brochure! Do they just collect deposits without actually contacting people as a way to make a profit?? I've called them several times and no one has called me back. If this is a reflection of their child care quality, then perhaps it's a good thing I'm not placing my child there. I just wanted to save some other moms out there $50 because it's a very unprofessional policy that does not guarantee placement, much less a phone call.
