Texas Roadhouse

Just to be clear if you are looking for steakhouse food this is the worst possible choice. The place has a funky smell funky smell when you walk in the glasses are dirty every time the place feels dirty. This may be the worst chain restaurant I have ever eaten at. It's amazing people still go there.

Texas Roadhouse definitely needs to send their chefs to a "How to properly cook a steak" course! My family has had to send food back every time we've visited! The manager always apologizes and leaves with the food, meaning someone in the family gets to watch everyone else eat. It's incredibly rude and always ruins the meal. Our most recent experience actually ended when the manager returned my son's steak that had been over-cooked with a very under-cooked steak (it was ordered medium). When my son said he didn't want to wait for another steak (the rest of the family was already done eating), the manager said he would remove it from the bill...how nice of him to offer removing food that we didn't get to eat! No other offer was made for the ruined meal and my son left hungry! Thanks Jacob...you suck!

Best Place to eat!! take your hole family there, best prices food. service was awesome!!! The food was amazing, amazing rolls to eat when you sit down. even got to enjoy some line dancing while you eat.

I've never had a more horrible restaurant experience!!! My daughter had mini hamburgers that were pink and when they took them back to the kitchen, they took FOREVER to bring them back to the table!! we were already leaving when they brought her food back! ridiculous! My chicken salad was terrible! more cheese than chicken. Oh did I mention the chicken "strips" was smaller than KFCs chicken bites. Do yourself a favor and go eat somewhere else, better yet, ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!
