I asked for my pizza well done and the woman LAUGHED at me... That aside, my pizza was NOT well done, not at all, not even a little bit. Honestly it actually has gone down in my book as the worst pizza I've EVER had. Side note; Before she took my order she was also on a personal call... Just blows my mind. I won't be going back.

went on line to get a dinner coupon, and it sent me all over the place. Needless to say no coupon. That only leaves me to believe the place must suck and the web site lies...

went there tonight for the first time after hearing good things from friends! we ordered a fried calamari and mussels in a white wine and garlic sauce AND IT WAS INCREDIBLE! for our dinner we had Spaghetti in Carbanera sauce and Linguini white clam, just as good! not to mention dessert which the tiramisu was homemade and terrific! all in all my new favorite place! service was quick and friendly! a real family owned place! I will recommend to my grandmother and she is a REAL Italian! not to mention a picky one!

The delivery people are nice but the owners however are not so nice. They cursed at me and called me names. HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE FOOD HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

I have lived in Port Saint Lucie for over 18 years and we order from Ruffinos a couple times a year if that because of the service we always seem to get. Well I ordered Ruffinos tonight about 15 minutes ago and it was delivered to me the time and delivery were great but there was an issue with my food. I had ordered Chicken Marsala with linguini with no tomato sauce and they gave my the tomato sauce. Im allergic to the tomatoes so I cant eat it. I was calling to let them know and see if they could send pasta without the sauce. The gentlemen that answered the phone was rude to begin with he said I have been cooking it that way for years you eat it how i make it or you dont F****ing eat it at all and hung up on me. So I called back and asked to speak to the manager he said that he was the only person I needed to talk to called me stupid told me that if I didnt like then F**k off. By this time I was pissed he hung up on me twice. I called my delivery guy because his number was on my caller ID. He tells me to speak to Maria I call up Maria and she says shell take care of it but shes not sending out new pasta and as shes telling me this in the background the same gentlemaan starts screaming profanity once again. MORAL THE PLACE IS HORRIBLE ON SERVICE THE CHICKEN MARSALA WASNT HOT WHEN IT GOT TO ME I ENDED UP HAVING TO MAKE MY OWN PASTA AND THEY SCREAM PROFANITY WHEN YOU ASK FOR SOMETHING TO BE CHANGED. IVE HAD BETTER SERVICE AT MCDONALDS THEN I HAVE THERE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY.

We have recently moved to Port Saint Lucie and have ordered from Ruffino's about once a week. Cant speak on the dining in experience (we order take out). EVERYthing we have order so far, has been EXECELLENT!! The menu is huge, so there are always plenty of choices! Yummm!! We'll be placing our order again next week.

I have been many times and have always had a terrific authentic italian meal..... superb
