Straight forward sales. Loved our experience buying a car here. They offered a lot price and didn't put us through the agony of haggling for a price. Will return if we buy another car while in the area.

Don’t buy ANYTHING from here without getting it checked out by another party. I made this mistake and less than a week after I bought a vehicle here, the car was been nothing but trouble. The third day I had it, the car would not come out of park, and I had to have it towed to a local factory dealer to have this fixed at my expense. (It was a manufacturer’s recall that was never repaired in the 12 years this car has existed.) The guy who runs the place has told me I’m overreacting, calls me to tell me that none of this is his fault, will not reimburse me nor will he give me my money back. In the first week, I have had the aforementioned problem as well as various others: the check engine light came on, the hood release lever broke off, the gearshift popped off in my hand, and the driver’s side window no longer goes up! Also, the guy told me he would refund my money once I paid the taxes on the car, and to do this, I had to title the car in my name. Once this was done, he called me to tell me I couldn’t get my money back unless I let him keep $500 of the $5300 I paid him. (This is in addition to the $135.25 tow and diagnostic charged by the factory dealer and the $169 for tax and title.) The latest time that I have met with him, he screamed at my father and me for about twenty minutes about how none of this was his fault, none of what had happened was covered under warranty (btw, warranty he offers is 50% costs for engine and transmission, but that does not include the check engine light or the gearshift that won’t come out of park.), and that he may or may not help with the cost of repairs. His behavior may be legal, but I will definitely take my business elsewhere in the future.
