        great products awful customer service.

        went in to do a simple return, she offered me cash back or a gift card I was going to spend it right back in the store so I choose a gift card. they didn't have the item I wanted no big deal went to the kiosk to purchase it so I wouldn't pay shipping the kiosk gave me issues with the card so I went back to the same lady named sue whom helped me the first time and told her it was giving me a problem so may I just have the money back that you offered and I can go home and put it on my card . mind you this was 10minutes since she had seen me she asked me what I needed and she didn't understand my question. and she asked who helped me then she informed me she can't reverse a gift card. I looked at her and told her you just did it and you offered me money back instead how is this suddenly an issue?! she need up bringing someone else over to help he was very sweet though I didn't catch his name and he placed the order for me. I still had to pay a difference on the kiosk but it was one $5 worth so it wasn't terrible. but that woman how has she kept her job if she can't remember anything over 10 minutes. if I do go back to the store it won't be anytime soon.
