Mortimer Lumber

I purchased 4 doors from Mortimer Lumber $2800 or so - one of the doors has had issues, they came out once and I have never heard back on my issue. I have emailed and called them on numerous times and no follow up. They are always looking into the issue. Bad customer service - it has been over 90 days time to rate them Poorly. I am having all my home windows replaced went to LOWE's much better customer service they stand behind the products they sell. I feel this is Mortimer's loss - I am remodeling my entire home and will shop elsewhere for the products I need .. Lost Customer...

Hello my name is Ron" and I was in your Port Huron Store today and I spent $3363. 70 on wood and other things" to me thats alot of MONEY!!! and im not rich" So heres my problem" when I was taken to the cash office in the back of the store the lady working never said hello just took my credit card ran it and never said thank you" I was not happy with her customer service" I almost walked back in to ask for my money back" I have never seen such rude ness" ever" So I dont think ill never return be back in yr store and I will tell my friends whats happen" too me this is not how you treat people even if I was only spending 33.00 so I think your Port Huron store owes me an Apology!!! thank you for you time" Ronald Melton"
