Port Charlotte Honda

Called them to find out how to get my radio/navigation back to work after losing power and was told that they are busy and can't tell me now and I need to wait in line for that or make an appointment. I was on the road and could not wait. I've lost directions and had to figure out how to get where I was going. I also didn't remember address.
Next day I learned that all I had to do is to press power button for 2 seconds.
I wish they had better knowledge of their product.

These guys are top notch! My husband and I were taking a Sunday to drive around the lots thinking they would all be closed so that we could get an idea of what we wanted. We make it to their lot and step out to look at a car and low and behold out steps a salesman. In the beginning we were very hesitant on test driving and reminded him that we were only looking. Before I knew it, I test drive two different cars the second of which I absolutely fell in love with. LAMARR is a fantastic salesman and extremely personable. He goes above and beyond in making sure you are completely satisfied with your decision. I was very adamant that I would not purchase a car that I was only partially satisfied with & these guys exceeded our expectations. EDWIN is an amazing finance manager and also went above and beyond in making sure we were completely taken care of. He definitely went the extra mile when he could have very easily given up. Kudos to all of the guys on the back end who took part in our buying experience. You all are very much appreciated and we will be purchasing vehicles from you in the future! You guys ROCK!!!

I am a woman who wanted to look at cars today and went to this place as I have a Honda already and like it. I was on my own and the salesmen ignored me. A few spoke to tell me they were busy but they didn't have any customers they were helping. One told me to come back in a few hours. I think if you are a woman you might as well forget this place.

My salesmen Dave Hilliard was excellent, he knew exactly what I was looking for and made sure he kept it in my price range. The best thing was he did not pressure me at all like a lot of other dealers do and actually showed he cared about my needs. I will be buying my cars from David from here on out !!!!--

I went into the dealership looking for a car. I found a Honda Element that I was interested in. I was there for 1 1/2 hours waiting on them to find the keys to this car. I was waiting inside and saw close to 10 other salesman standing around doing nothing. I went over and asked if they could possibly help the guy that was working with me find the keys. I then went on to explain that I had been sitting here for quite sometime and no progress had been made in trying to sell me a car (the keys hadn't been found and my car that I was trading in had yet to be appraised). The General Sales Manager, Dathan, explained that it was not his problem if they were unable to find me a car and that if I was unhappy with how I was being treated, I could just leave. I have never in my life been spoken to in such a manner. I later called the General Manager. Brian, he explained that he was standing there the entire time and saw nothing wrong with what Dathan had said to me. I then went on to call corporate and they basically said that there was nothing they could do because the dealership itself does the hiring. I'm mortified and will never even think about buying a car from this dealership.

I loved going to this place and am so glad that I met Yves. He was really caring and not pushy. He took his time explaining everything and even made my 8 month old feel comfortable. I purchased my Honda Civic from Pt Charlotte Honda. The sales department was not pushy,treated me as if I bought a Bentley..I have and will continue to send everyone I know to PC Honda. Also,the pre-owned department had really nice vehicles with big discounts..

Worst Dealer Ever because after going to others, this one sticks it to you by losing about the figures compared to others. DO MOT GO THERE

Do not go to this place, ANY other place is better. I sat in the sales office for 4 hours waiting for them to run all the numbers. They told me to go have lunch and they will call me NO calls that day, I called them they didnt know anything NO calls the next day Did not get anywhere Until I called them 2days later to find out I wasnt approved? But I could with a co signer so we did all that paper work and STILL nothing... 5Days of waiting and still nothing dont waste your time
