What is the issue with the stadium and parking, took an hour to go through a 2 mile trip.restricting lanes to empty a lot as thousands wait sitting in idle cars guzzling gas

On 5-15-12 @ approximately 7:55am, I was traveling on Hillsborough Blvd., going the speed limit via cruise control, with a school bus in front of me; a brown, unmarked Crown Victoria police cruiser was speeding up behind me & started tailing me, daring me to go faster so they could pull me over, even though there was a school bus w/children on it in front of me! This particular unmarked car continued to tail me like this all the way to Harbor Blvd., before turning off into this substation. These unmarked police cruisers need to SLOW DOWN & NOT do this type of thing to drivers who obey the speed limit, as it will only result in more unfortunate car accidents.

Unmarked police cruiser (looked like a crown victoria) riding up on people's rear bumpers on San Mateo this morning. No sirens/lights active. Turned east on Hillsborough. Time about 7:50 AM 5/15/2012 - a time when many bus routes are active and children are often present. Hard stops should be planned for and this cop was driving dangerously. There were no less than 3 school buses on the stretch of San Mateo I drove this morning. SLOW DOWN & DRIVE RESPONSIBLY! This same cop rode the bumper of someone I know who happened to see this particular cop eventually pull into this substation.
