The service is awful, all the way from the corporate office in Cape Girardeau. All they are interested in is making money.I bought new tires and had rack and pinion replaced. They cross threaded and stripped out 3 studs on the wheel hub. They broke it they should have to replace the damaged hubs with new ones. The district manager Keven Seabauth said they would not replace them. So they rigged it back together buy welding studs back on. This car we had bought 15 mths. ago. The worker who damaged the car got in my face yelling when I asked that they not use a air wrench on it because I had $1400 after market wheels on it and I did not want them to get scratched and put the wheels at the specified toque of 110, he said I don't have all day to sped on just your car. I told the manager he told Steve to do what I asked. He comes back yelling in my face [ I put it at 110 are you happy a** hole}. The car never drove right after that until I bought new wheel hubs. Worst place I have ever been!!
