General Info

Rampart Range is one of the most innovative and state-of-the-art shooting facility in the region. Located just off I-70 in Pocahontas, IL. Both day and evening range hours will be available, seven days a week, with hourly rates and annual membership options. Visitors are permitted to bring their own firearms - handguns, rifles or shotguns - or rent one from the range. In addition to range time, private lessons and a variety of group and law enforcement instruction programs are offered at Rampart Range.

25 Yard indoor range. Gun store, if they don't have what you want they can get it for you! They also offer conceal weapon classes, basic handgun classes, Force on Force classes and much more. Friendly staff, Mark the owner is a retired Illinois State Police Officer, and has done many shooting competitions and he knows his stuff. CLEAN range!
