Pleasanton Pet Hotel

I took my dog over a holiday weekend thinking of coarse it would be well taken care of! That's not the case! First of all I was instructed to leave all phone numbers for emergency purposes, in the event something were to happen with my dog I would be notified imediately. Well as it turns out I came back to a very stressed out traumatized dog that had been couped up for 4 day inside a cage. She was not only stressed out but had not gone to the bathroom, nor did she eat or drink water, due to the stress. She was suppose to be able to go outside at any given time during the day and then back in at night, but turns out they could'nt handle my dog and so they had to just leave her in the cage. I would think at this point someone would know to call if your dog is not doing well and can't eat, drink or even go to the bathroom. Why put an animal through all that when it would have taken a simple phone call to have the owner come get the dog! My dog went through this for 4 days straight and has taken a while to recoupe from all the trauma. I say If you not good with animals and you dont like your job and can't make a better judgement call, knowing a dog is not doing well and could have caused the dog to die, wouldn't you just find another job? I dont get it! This was unexceptable care for any dog and should be taking seriously. I strongly advise you not to trust Pleasanton Pet care! Too may pea brains tech's that obviously dont have a way with animals & dont know what they are doing!!!!!!
