Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Beware of waitresses taking it upon themselves to give themselves a little something extra at this restaurant! A waitress named "Briana" was my parents server on their Anniversary. They had their meal, signed the check and left the tip on the receipt. Apparently she didn't see the tip they left as sufficient enough and took it upon herself to reprint the receipt 11 minutes later, leaving herself over DOUBLE the tip she was originally given and then had the balls to FORGE my mothers signature!!! My mom noticed the difference because most people DO pay attention to their checkbooks. She has copies of both the falsified receipt with the phony signature and the receipt that she signed. Hey "Briana", here's an even bigger tip. Forging a person's signature is a criminal offense! This person needs to be held accountable and be fired immediately. Completely unacceptable!

Average service. Need to take the salt shaker away from the cook. The appetizer, soup, side dishes were all over salted. Even the mushrooms. The rib eye could be summed up in one word, grizzle. Load baked potato had just a little sour cream sprinkled with shredded cheese. The cole slaw and iced were good.

Another horrible experience tonight. Expressed our concern related to delayed service and receiving cold appetizers to the manager Matt. Matt rudely instructed us not to pay and to leave. He was not interested in correcting the stated concern. The bartender ignored our presence and did not take our order. Finally our order was taken but delivered cold. We asked for a fresh order. Received a new order that tasted redipped in oil...Y?

Very unhappy customer.
