Everlast Construction did such an amazing job on completely remodeling my house. I had a very clear vision in terms of design and how I wanted it to look, but I did end up making a lot of small changes. Regardless, Itzik and Gidon was very accommodating and agreed to help me do these changes on short notice. Another thing that should be mentioned is how reasonably priced they are considering the quality and outcome of their work. I would contact them in a heartbeat if I ever need another remodeling/construction job in the future.

One of the worst contractors. Completely dishonest, the lies started before we even signed the contract. They destroyed our kitchen 2 days after signing the contract, without any plans OR any permits. We had no kitchen for FIVE months.

Destroyed our deck again with no plans or permits. Didn't start rebuilding the deck until SIX months later.

ALL work was done by subcontractors. No one was there to act as foreman. Not one single person was involved with the project from start to finish. Even individual sub projects they had multiple people working on them and none of them knew what the other group was doing.

They demanded money ahead of the payment schedule in the contract. Lied about why they needed the money. One excuse was so they could hire more guys and work on the deck and the inside projects - the same deck that they didn't even start on until 6 months later.

The dumped ALL of the trash in our backyard and left it there for 6 months. Will never hire them again for anything.

It is not very often that you are able to find a contractor that you can trust. But we had our contractor we used Everlast in the past and we ware happy to find out they are able to do our project. We had visions of remodeling our home to accommodate our growing family and Ariel and his crew were able to make it a reality. We began the process by obtaining few estimates for our project and wanted to ensure that we were dealing with people we felt comfortable with. We immediately felt at ease with Ariel to allow his team to enter our home to maximize its potential. Through the difficult process of obtaining city approvals Ariel was by our side. The end result of adding a second floor addition 2 rooms, bathroom and master walk in closet approx. 1500 SQFT.

I had the pleasure of working with Everlast Construction recently, and I have to say, that it was a great experience. They were extremely professional, dedicated and knowledgeable about every question that I had. Not to mention, I never had to worry about any lack of response. Any question I had would immediately be answered, even after what I would consider to be "office hours." We wanted to redo our kitchen in Walnut Creek and get some other bathroom and basement home renovations done and they have made this process incredibly easy for me. Everything was carefully explained to me and finished right when they said it would be done. I can't recommend them enough!

Ari was absolutely wonderful! He explained the entire process and answered our questions. He helps us put together the most beautiful bathroom & kitchen, living room and great room that we have always wanted. Likewise, our Project manager Gideon answered any questions we had during the installation process, kept us informed of his progress, very considerate of the house, leaving it each day spotless and at the completion of the project made sure we were satisfied with the work and made sure all mechanical and electrical equipment worked properly. Gideon did a fantastic job on our project. He was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He finished ahead of schedule and cleaned up like a pro would do. Our project manager communicated very well with us and with Ari the owner that was very involve in our project, Gideon and him were all on the same page. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality is above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

Everlast Construction is the BEST Contractor I have ever dealt with, I would even say the best in Bay Area. Ari is professional, kind and courteous, he listens to your needs and follows thru to make sure your home becomes what you have been dreaming about. All of his employee's that worked at our house are awesome, never felt like I needed to watch or anything, I felt comfortable just giving them a key to my house. I am so happy with their prompt response in helping me, I would not hesitate to use them again!! So far I have dealt with Ari, Gideon, Tyler and Tim and I couldn't recommend a better Company and Crew, if you are looking to have work done on your house these are the guys to call!! Hired them last year for a relatively easy remodel. What a disaster, very poor workmanship and many things done in violation of the building codes. Fired them after 14 weeks on a 6 week job. Have won the claim against their bond company and the CSLB is investigating them for major code violations.  The bond company's investigator used the word egregious to describe their work.  Have had to put out over $10,000 just to correct the illegal PGE connection for a 200 AMP panel, a new furnace was installed but had no electrical connection and code lighting was missing, the dryer vented directly under the house, the bathroom tile jobs are a disaster and we have had to pay others to replace and repair what they did.  The home was vacant and used as a dumping ground, the existing HW floors were never covered and subjected to abuse.

People pay attention to this and others who have had similar experiences.  CK Angie's list - more clients w/ similar experiences.

We search construction company for a while, we needed someone we can trust take the project from start to finish, we interview several companies and we didn't like no one. After a month that we decided we stop looking and might won't do it, we heard about Everlast Construction from a friend that worked with them few month back. Ari came to the meeting, we knew he is the guy for the project. He really know what he is talking about and we felt good in the meeting he is good and listen to us most of the time, he understand what we want and then he show us some ideas and design it for us. They finish the work 1 week before the deadline and we loved it! Thank you

Everlast Construction hired to do bathroom and kitchen remodel i our house, the result is very good, did took them a little more time but i was fine with it, because they did anything they can to finish faster, they had some issues we didn't notice before we start demo, Everlast didn't charge me extra doing this extra framing work, we very happy from the project and the service they provided.
