We love Alpine Pediatrics! The staff is amazing, very friendly and professional. I love the atmosphere too, we went to another office before in the local hospital, I didn't like the feeling of being at the hospital for my babe's check ups, Alpine Pediatrics has a welcoming and comfortable office, themes in every room and I love being there. I have never had to wait long, the nurse's are awesome and take great care of us.

We go to Dr. Weston Spencer at the Pleasant Grove office. I love him! He is so great with my baby and very personable and professional with me. He listens to my concerns and provides great feedback and gives me as much time as i need, I've never felt that he was rushed. I would highly recommend him.

We love alpine pediatrics! Had to switch pediatricians several years ago due to insurance changes and we have been so pleased and actually grateful we had to switch! We see Dr. Cox and really like him. He takes lots of time in our appointments to talk and listen and thoroughly address any questions or concerns. He is one of those great doctors who doesn't patronize or act condescending and he explains things well and involves us as the parents in decision making. He also is quick to complement, recognize the hard work we do as parents, and build us up. It's very sweet. My kids really like him, as well.

Alpine pediatrics is really easy to schedule with and has lots of locations, which is super convenient. I LOVE that they have after hours "instacare" type services on evenings and weekends. It's awesome to be able to go Somewhere familiar instead of a random instacare. In the fall, they also hold extra after hours flu shot clinics which makes getting my whole family the flu shot a breeze. Can't say enough that good about them. Receptionists and nurses are friendly.... it's just a great all around experience.

We have loved Alpine Peds for the last 9 years. Dr Spencer is amazing, great with the kids, funny and kind and always remembers names and things we told him. We are moving out of state and so sad to leave behind our Favorite Doctor!

We have been seeing pediatricians at Alpine Pediatrics for over 11 years now and without hesitation we can say they are the best! Great staff, accommodating and compassionate in all they do. They've been there for our best and worst medical moments. Jeff Abram is our main pediatrician and I still travel many miles, past plenty of other pediatric offices to see him, but when needed we've also seen dr cox and others and we have been pleased with every single one of them. I could go on and on about the why's but call them, make an appointment and see for yourself why we've stayed with them for over a decade.

I wish I could give them no stars...while the wait times are low and and it's convenient for wellness checks I will not trust them with my sick child ever again! My 11 month old daughter had a fever of almost 104 for a couple days. When I finally decided to take her in she had had the fever for 4 days...I was able to get in quickly but the visit was about as long at the wait the doctor looked in her ears at her throat and told me that it was just a virus and that she would be feeling better in just a couple days and reassured me that first time moms tend to overreact....after 2 more days of a constant fever and getting to the point where she would not eat or drink for a whole day throwing up stomach bile and was basically lethargic I decided to take her back in despite the doctor telling me to wait it out. This time I took her in to the after hours clinic right before closing which entailed an even shorter visit of again looking in her ears and throat and brushing it off as just a virus. I tried telling the doctor about her lack of intake and output therefore being worried about her being dehydrated. Again he assured me it would pass soon. The next day I decided to get a second opinion from another pediatrician come to find out she had a horrible UTI and was severely dehydrated which landed her in the hospital with IV antibiotics and fluids to get her hydrated again. Because she had gone so long with an untreated infection she had to have ultrasounds of her kidneys to be sure they were not affected by the infection. She also had many lab draws to be sure that the infection had not entered her bloodstream, thank goodness it hadn't but I'd hate to think about how much worse it could have gotten if I would have accepted the 'its just a virus' diagnosis.

I really like all the doctors who have helped me and my kids out with Alpine Pediatrics. We have visited both the Lehi and Saratoga offices and the doctors and staff have been great. I do wish they offered more tools before and after our appointments. I have a dentist who reminds me of text before my appointment about a week before and then again as a friendly hour reminder. I think Alpine is a quality practice and a place I take my kids and have found to be very good for us.

Overall

This has to be one of the most fantastic pediatricians clinics in the state! I have never had such good, consistent, dedicated care anywhere else. We have been going here for almost four years now, and the doctors and PAs at this clinic are very competent, care about our kids, and really listen to our concerns. If there is a treatment needing to happen they have answered all of our concerns, and treated our kids with the utmost respect.

Of course people work better with certain people, but overall Jeff Abram (PA) , Dr. Jesse Alba, Dr. David Johnson, and Cathy Caldwell (PA), are fantastic!

Thank for your kind service!!

Alpine Pediatrics is difficult...

Alpine Pediatrics is difficult to work with. My daughter has asthma and the leading pulmonologist at Primary Childrens Hospital created a plan for her. I brought that plan to Alpine and they refuse to give me the prednisone. That medication is on her action plan made by Primarys. I also asked for a prescription for a face wash for my older daughter and they said, "because we are not the dermotologist we can't give that to you." I get to pay another co-pay for face wash. You would think I was asking for a controlled substance. We are now going to see Dr. McCune. I hope for better customer service. Medicine is not socialized yet, and I should not be treated as such.

I love this place. The Doctors and staff are all great. When I need an appointment fast, they get me an appointment fast.

I never have to wait in the waiting room longer then just a few minutes. They also have two separate waiting rooms, one for sick kids, one for healthy kids. It makes me feel good knowing that my kids aren't going to get sick when I bring them in for well-child check ups.

I have always gone to their PG office or Lehi office, but my guess is their Saratoga Office is just as wonderful.

Six weeks ago our lives were turned upside down when our son was born seven weeks early. Dr. Johnson came to the hospital on a Sunday afternoon and gave excellent post-natal care to our new preemie, and is now our regular doctor. He is an incredible doctor who cares about his patients and does an excellent job with explaining complicated procedures and reassuring parents. Plus, he's been the father of two preemies, so he knows exactly what parents are going through. He's a fantastic pediatrician.

I have been with Alpine Pediatrics for over 6 years and have enjoyed every minute. I love the afterhours and the care you deserve. I love the pediatricians, nurses and staff, not only to they care about your kids, but also how the parents are doing as well. When I had my first baby she was doing great but Doctor Arnold could tell that I wasn’t doing well. He told me baby is doing great but if mom isn’t doing great. He could tell I was having baby blues bad and got me the help I needed right away. They truly care about all of the patients and their families.

Thanks Alpine Peds for making a great experiences.

Alpine Pediatrics is an amazin...

Alpine Pediatrics is an amazing office. I have been involved with them for the past 7 years. The staff are very knowledgable and are helpful with everything. They do their best with what they are allowed to do. The doctors and PA's are awesome. Sometimes I have a quick and simple problem and there are a few doctors that will get me in and out quickly. There are also doctors that if I have a major concern about my child then they will take the time I need to find out what is going on. I know when I wait for the doctors it is because the child before me is also getting the best care. Dr Johnson and Dr Alba are my all time favorites. Cathy helped me out a lot when my baby was having feeding concerns. I love the factor that they have separate waiting rooms for well and sick kids. I love this office and recommend it to everyone.
