Plattsburgh Medical Care

I've been a patient of dr. Jodi Hamel for over a year now. She is absolutely fantastic my problem is with the front desk it seems they never call me when they say they will and they often lose information that was called to them by pharmacist. I would have let it go once or twice but it seems to happen every single time. I'm not sure if there's anything you can do about it but I would certainly benefit if they would pay more attention. Thank you as I said it happens all the time.

My husband went there to get a prescription refilled and they said that he has to be seen by the dr first. He said ok can I see him today and the receptionist said that he couldn’t see the dr until he paid his past bill. Then he asked if he could make a payment instead of paying the whole bill and she said if he wanted to be seen he needs to pay in full..let me say we won’t be going back there. No one should be refused to been seen by a dr especially offering to make a payment

I have been a patient here with this place for many years and love everyone here. Sometimes you can wait awhile to see your doctor, but it is well worth the wait. If you're looking for a good primary care doctor, this is your place to go.

This is an excellent primary care facility. I have always received the best care when I have visited here. I love all the staff and all of the doctors.

The staff here is excellent. They are very professional and know what they are doing. I was treated well the few times I have visited. I highly recommend this place.

My daughter was seen for sore throat, she could barely talk, and ear pain. He checked both ears and she had a double ear infection to which he prescribed antibiotics but the doctor never even looked in her throat! This was a Saturday and she was the last patient seen, we weren't even out the door and they shut the office lights off.
Will not use this facility again!
