Terrible,don't even deserve 1 star

This is the only choice we got for this area besides satellite which wants to put you on a 2 year contract everytime I turn around my bills going up and up and up for nothing never can get my service to work right no more than 2 months at a time we need AT&T U verse for this area

Unfortunately they were my only choice and can't wait to get away from them. I wasn't asked if I wanted a DVR box and just called to inquire and was told I would have to pick it up or would be charged $40+ if they brought it to me. Its a shame they have a monopoly here.

terrible service trying to move their lousy service from one place to another is impossible. Their technicians never show up and lie about it. They want to hold me off for 5 days when I was supposed to have had service already. customer service is terrible too. don't bother paying the bill, don't bother getting their service they are a total waste of money
