They act like they care about your kids, but they really don't. They serve disgustingly unhealthy food, have kept a teacher around who is known to keep the kids in the highchair table almost the full day and have hired and kept for a time even worse teacher, make drastic changes that strongly affect the children with little to no benefit to anyone, rip people off often, and the structure and organization that they promise does not exist.



On a more personal preference note (I know many for and against this)...they don't believe in saying no...it's a naughty word. Sounds kinda nice but think about this: if your kid is say touching the oven (which they used to have easy access to, don't know about now) they will say "let's go play with this toy instead" instead of enforcing that touching the oven is bad, dangerous, etc.



But probably the worst thing in my opinion...they don't keep books/records of finances. NONE! They have no idea. They give you a written tax form thing towards the end of the year, but it's really just a guesstimate. They really have no idea. Which isn't such a big deal, I guess, if your one of the many getting free daycare because you don't pay and they don't have the backbone to stick up to you ;)

The directors, owners and teachers truly care & they have tought my kids worlds more than I could have tried to at home. More than just learning ABC's and 123's, they also have voluntary participation in fundraisers such as car washes for our troops, a trike-a-thon for the St. Judes Childrens research hospital, and raffles/garage sales/auctions to help out friends in need for example. My kids learned that even though they are small, they can help BIG. Everyone is special there. With competitive rates and a warm atmosphere, everyone should go to thier early learning center.
