I live at 631 kinney drive, Murphy, tx 75094. November 7th, a package from Duluth Trading Co was sent with one pair paints and 2 tee shirts in paper package. Postman range the doorbell but we were gone. Normally he will leave small package along with the days mail on the steps. This time Postman took the package back to the P.O. and sent it back to sender. Normally if a package is taken back to P.O. they will leave pink card saying I have a package in P.O. It was a birthday present for the 10th. I called son and he checked Duluth company and they had received the package. They had to resend it by UPS and it came today the 17th. This is poor service from our Postman. If it can not be left on the steps since it was too large for mailbox, then send me a card to pick it up at P.O. Makes no sense for people to have to pay twice for shipping a small package that is in a plastic bag. Please correct this type situation since we are living in Murphy and the P.O. will not allow us a Post Office. We should get good service from the Mail Carrier. Delma cunningham

Worse customer service anywhere. The workers clearly do not know the meaning of customer service. I'd rather have all of my teeth pulled than go here.

The staff is very RUDE. I would go to a different post office. Have now called in and complained about staff and they don t care. Pj manger of postoffice said they don t care. Called the main postoffice over Plano to speak with the postmaster Seungtaek Kim about this matter. I would suggest if you have problems here call him @ 972-633-8927 Something has to be done!!!!

I was appalled at the service here! We went to renew passports and the sign for the line was not followed, the personnel were rude and not helpful at all. I had to go back 4 times. I even made a conscious effort to be kind and nice back to Paul, even if he was being so rude to us.

But the next day, I called to ask first if they can so passports to be sure, and was told they did until 1:30pm. I get there at 1:15 and was told it was too late! I could not believe how insensitive, unorganized and just plain rude they were about it too!
