I went in today without an appointment and they were able to see me within 5 minutes. I got a shellac repaint that turned out absolutely flawless and beautiful and an eyebrow wax that I love for $35. I will absolutely be back.

I love Nail Citi. I've gone there regularly to get all my beauty services done but mostly nails and I've always had a pleasant experience. Lana has always done my nails and she does a beautiful job. She's always friendly and literally ALWAYS available if i call last minute and tell her i'm down the street can she "fit me in" and she always does. There have been a few times that I've been there longer than expected because they were very very busy, however I am understanding to that and they always tried to make sure I was well taken care of, had a beverage and comfortable while waiting. Their prices are fair and competitive and their technique is great. The facility, while green paint isn't my first choice lol, is very nice and well kept. It's always clean and their instruments are always sterilized. The customer service is also top notch as I will get thank you texts and birthday greetings from Lana, and she will always ask me how I'm doing, never pushy for my business. I have recommended friends to Nail Citi because I know they will be treated like family there. I love the Nail Citi staff and I hope to be able to continue to go there for my beauty needs! :)
