Cool Cuts 4 Kids

i recently had a worst experience from the cool cuts Pano, TX. The fat white lady works there doesnt know proper customer behaviour. At first i walked in and then she said me a waiting time of 45 minutes. So i came back home and the next day i made a phone call and got the time as 3.40pm but when i reached there it was 3.46pm and she said since its passed 3.40 pm its considerd as a walkin and wait again for 30 min and she turned back and went inside. there was 2-3 customers thats it. it was not that busy. i didnt like her behaviour. the same time i calld to another cool cuts thats located at coit and campell and the lady said a time 4.15 pm and she is a very nice lady and did my daughter's hair cut nicely. I will never ever go to the plano location.
